This digital interconnect cable with exactly matched 110 Ohm wave impedance is perfectly adapted for a flawless digital data transfer via a balanced AES/EBU interface. The stunning CAFPE®/SASDB® insulation/binding combination decreases relative permittivity, signal energy loss and dispersion. X-Shield® - our patented Multi-Element Shielding System ensures EMI suppression across a wide frequency range - from ELF to SHF and further boosts the overall mechanical and damping properties. Advanced complex insulation and shielding solutions eliminate the roots of noise-correlated jitter and contribute to consistently accurate transmission of digital pulse’s time scale and shape, what is extremely important for precise PLL master clock recovery in digital receivers. The Classic XS MkII IC AES/EBU is our most technically refined digital cable for the asking price. With an extended and linear frequency response it performs with exceptional fine detail definition, tonal balance and near analog nature.

Due to the cable construction complexity and excessive material consumption the initial burn-in period (time during which the best sonic performance is reached) is suggested as 100 hours of uninterrupted music playback at least. We highly recommend playing music of different genres.
