The third generation of our basic coaxial interconnect features the enlarged 0.70 mm² BRC conductor along with the exactly matched 75 Ohm wave impedance. The reinforced shield with the inner layer executed of 25 µ rolled copper foil and a >90% BRC braid for the outer layer ensures superior EMI suppression. With regards to vibration damping, a critical influence on performance, we used the highly elastic thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) Elastollan® for jacketing. Developed by BASF, it provides exceptional dielectric long-term stability, mechanical strength and efficient absorption of acoustic noise and vibrations. The ergonomic Special V2 RCA plugs with the centre pins made of 5 µ gold plated high purity copper make the connection a breeze even with the flush-mounted sockets. Being recommended for installations, where efficient external interference protection is a key requirement, it performs with meticulous attention to the last fine detail, precise tonal balance and a better sense of timing.
