The end parts of the light guide are polished, and precision brass connectors provide a tight and stable connection to the input sockets of any digital devices, including portable ones. As a result, parasitic reflections are reduced and the optical signal is transmitted from the source to the receiver with minimal attenuation, even with repeated recommutation. Insulation made of solid PE and a double shell made of elastic PVC with a high attenuation decrement reliably protects the light guide from bending loads and micro-deformations of its surface from external static and dynamic influences. This reduces losses, increases the service life of the product and allows the cable to be used in hidden installations. Special Toslink Optical IC is available in lengths from 1 to 5 meters, which is a convenient solution for almost any system.
