DSC (Distributed Symmetrical Conductor, patent RU No.2652382U) architecture was launched back in 2016 and now resides in our top-end Reference & Ultimate cables. With DSC the energy is transmitted by two lines consisting of 3 similar conductors, configured around a central grounding conductor or a damping cord in a hexagonal structure (3+3+1) with maximum packing factor and conformity. The phase (L) and neutral (N) conductors are aligned in alternating ring circuit.
DSC enables instantaneous group wave speed and significant EMI reduction up to 20-40dB if compared to a conventional twisted conductor arrangement. Decreased EM radiation determines low and stable impedance in a wider frequency range from DC (0Hz) to tens of MHz’s. The symmetrical spatial conductor straddling reduces cable distributed capacitance and guarantees a near-to-ideal energy transfer with the widest attainable dynamic range, breath-taking definition and faster transients. Outstanding flexibility derived from a relatively small outer diameter facilitates installation.
