This high-speed USB 2.0 cable with large 0.5
mm2
conductors is designed for Hi-Res Audio 24 bit/192 kHz digital data transmission. The individual 3-layer CAFPE®
conductor insulation ensures low dielectric loss. The reinforced common shielding with copper foil and BRC braid drastically reduces the EM radiation especially at high transmission rates as well as protecting from external EM field influence over the digital data flow. Individual shielding of the signal and power frames decreases cross-channel interference, eliminates transmission errors and provides noise free power for external USB devices. It is jacketed with the thermoplastic polyurethane Elastollan®
for unrivalled mechanical strength and efficient absorption of acoustic noise and vibrations. Solid brass cased Reference USB A-B connectors with fully gold plated high purity copper contacts complete efficient shielding and the meticulous product visualization.

Due to the cable construction complexity and excessive material consumption the initial burn-in period (time during which the best sonic performance is reached) is suggested as 100 hours of uninterrupted music playback at least. We highly recommend playing music of different genres.
