REFERENCE MkIII SC is a High-End speaker cable with a twisted-pair conductor arrangement, introduced as part of the latest generational refresh of the Reference series.
Incorporating the company’s latest engineering developments, it represents a versatile alternative to the more specialized DSC version. The cable is built around new 4.00 mm² BRC conductors with improved geometry and low DC resistance, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of loudspeaker loads and amplifiers, including both solid-state and valve designs.
A key element of the design is the proprietary FTDA® damping method, where the conductors are suspended in a fibrous medium that absorbs vibrations affecting them by up to 50 times more effectively, helping to extend the attainable dynamic range of the system.
