The new Special Coaxial S IC series of coaxial interconnect cables is designed for accurate transmission of both analog and digital signals in Hi-Fi and High End systems. The cables feature BRC conductors with optimized geometry, CAFPE® insulation with high structural uniformity, and a new combined two-layer SPVC jacket with an air-foamed inner layer that provides stable electrical characteristics, effective vibration damping and excellent flexibility.
The series covers three key application scenarios and is available with dedicated terminations:
- SPECIAL COAXIAL S IC / ANALOG — a low-capacitance coaxial cable for broadband analog signal transmission with high linearity and minimal signal loss.
- SPECIAL COAXIAL S IC / DIGITAL — a high-bandwidth digital coaxial cable compliant with AES3 (S/PDIF) requirements for Hi-Res Audio data streams and stable clock signal transmission with minimal jitter.
- SPECIAL COAXIAL S IC / PHONO — a specialized low-capacitance cable with effective shielding for connecting phono cartridges to phono stages or MC step-up transformers.
Thanks to their carefully optimized design, Special Coaxial S IC cables ensure low signal attenuation, minimal dispersion and strong immunity to electromagnetic interference. Combined with ergonomic RCA connectors, the series offers a versatile interconnect solution for a wide range of audio systems, from home Hi-Fi setups to professional studio environments.
